2.1 Age Restriction

Membership on the bengel platform and use of all services is open only to persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. If information provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be immediately closed and funds on deposit may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account Policy

Each person may open only one bengel account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, the same mobile number or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration you are required to provide accurate and current information, including:

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

The member is fully responsible for ensuring the security of their account. Your username and password should not be shared with anyone. If you believe unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify the bengel customer support team immediately.

3.2 Privacy and Personal Information

3.3 Responsibility for Account Activity

All transactions and bets made from a member's account are the responsibility of that member. bengel reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account and carry out an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bengel currently accepts deposits through four mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Matching Accounts

The mobile number used for deposits and withdrawals must match the number registered on the bengel account. Transactions using a third-party account or number are not permitted and may be rejected.

4.4 Withdrawals with an Active Bonus

If there is an active bonus on the account, withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering conditions for that bonus have been met. If the bonus is cancelled, the bonus funds will be automatically removed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at bengel, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 (ten) times — meaning a total of ৳12,000 in bets must be placed on a ৳1,200 bonus.

5.2 Other Promotions

bengel regularly offers various promotional offers, including weekly reload bonuses, cricket festival bonuses and referral rewards. Each promotion has its own applicable terms, which must be read carefully before claiming the offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, providing false information or using any technical method to exploit bonuses will be considered bonus abuse. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after expiry. Details of the expiry period are provided on the relevant promotion page.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains in an uncertain state due to a technical error, bengel reserves the right to make the final decision on that bet.

6.2 Match Results

For sports betting, match results are determined based on data from internationally recognised bodies. If a match is cancelled or remains undecided, bengel's own rules will apply, which can be found through customer support.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party software providers. Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and tested.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or a device problem, bengel will verify the state of that game from server records and settle it accordingly. In such cases, bengel's decision is final.

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bengel platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party
• Placing bets using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using a bengel account for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Fraudulent conduct towards other members
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

If a member is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, bengel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited.

7.3 Member-Requested Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may submit a written request through customer support. Please withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
